Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the agreement between you and Korex for using our app, website and related services. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Korex ("Korex", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Korex mobile app, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Korex. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 12 — continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Korex account or use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your country of residence, and that your use of Korex — including any trading activity with a third-party broker — does not violate any law or regulation that applies to you. Korex is not intended for anyone under 18, and we may close or suspend any account we believe belongs to a minor.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your login credentials and device secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@korex.app if you suspect unauthorized access. Some features (such as identity/KYC verification) may be required to unlock certain parts of the Service, such as IB (Introducing Broker) tools or higher trust badges — we'll explain what's needed and why at the point you're asked for it.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Korex respectfully and lawfully. Don't: impersonate another person or brokerage; post false, manipulative, or misleading trading claims (for example, fabricated results or guaranteed-profit claims); harass, threaten, or scam other users; spam or run unauthorized promotions; attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; or use Korex to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, with or without notice, depending on severity.

5. User Content and Signals Disclaimer

Korex lets users post market commentary, trade ideas, and "signals" (structured posts showing an instrument, direction, entry, target, and stop-loss). This content is created and shared by users of the community — including independent traders and broker partners — not by Korex itself. Signals, posts, ratings, and reviews on Korex are opinions and personal trade ideas shared for informational and educational purposes only. They are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Korex does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, profitability, or suitability of any signal or post, and past performance shown by any user is never a reliable indicator of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decision you make, including decisions based on content you see on Korex. You retain ownership of the content you post, but by posting it you grant Korex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within the Service.

6. Third-Party Brokers and Introducing Broker (IB) Disclosure

Korex is a discovery, community, and education platform — we are not a broker, we do not hold client funds, and we do not execute trades. Any broker, prop-trading firm, or financial institution listed on Korex is a separate, independent company responsible for its own regulation, terms, spreads, execution, and your funds once you open an account with them. "Verified" on a broker profile means the broker has confirmed certain business details with us — it is not a regulatory approval or a guarantee of that broker's conduct, solvency, or suitability for you. Always independently confirm a broker's license and standing with the relevant regulator before depositing funds. Some brokers listed on Korex participate in our Introducing Broker (IB) program: if you open an account through an IB referral link on Korex, Korex or the referring user may receive a commission or rebate from that broker. This does not change the price or conditions you receive, but you should know that such relationships exist and may influence which brokers are featured or promoted.

7. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Korex — including signals, posts, broker reviews, ratings, educational content, or the economic calendar — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no part of the Service should be treated as a personal recommendation. Korex does not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Before making any trading or investment decision, you should seek advice from an independent, licensed financial advisor and read our Risk Disclosure carefully.

8. Intellectual Property

The Korex name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by Korex or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Korex's branding or software without our written permission. Trademarks, logos, and content belonging to brokers, prop firms, or other partners remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Korex and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we're required to by law, to protect the safety or integrity of the Service or other users, or if an account is inactive for an extended period. Where practical, we'll try to notify you and explain why. Certain sections of these Terms (including Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11) survive termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korex and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or financial damages arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on any signal, post, review, or content shared by other users, your dealings with any broker or prop firm listed on Korex, or any service interruption, bug, or data loss. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or willful misconduct).

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first at support@korex.app to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing other action.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Korex grows and as laws change. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Korex after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page occasionally.
